Service Description
The perfect way to enjoy a fun, creative, and hands-on moment with friends or family! 🔅 WORKSHOP PROGRAM 🔅 We’ll kick things off with a short warm-up to help you get into the creative flow and discover the feel of clay. Then, step by step, you’ll learn how to shape and assemble slabs to create your own decorative or functional vase. This longer-format workshop (3h30) gives you the time to design a piece that reflects your personal style. You’ll also get the chance to explore textures, cut-outs, or creative add-ons depending on your comfort level and inspiration of the day. The last 15 minutes are dedicated to cleaning up your workspace together, a mindful part of the ceramic process! 🔅 FINAL PIECES 🔅 Each participant will choose one vase to be fired. Our team will handle the glazing with a clear shiny finish, ensuring your piece comes out smooth, vibrant, and ready to display or use. Finished work will be available for pickup 2 to 3 weeks after the workshop. 🔅 LANGUAGE 🔅 The workshop is conducted in English, but may also be held in French or Spanish. 🔅 MINIMUM AGE 🔅 Recommended for ages 12 and up, due to the technical nature and length of the session. 🔅 PRICE 🔅 The total price includes a base fee plus €35 per participant. Pricing varies depending on the time of day and group size: 👉 Weekday Business Hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) 🔸 Base fee: €175 to €200 (depending on group size) 🔸 €40 per participant 🔸 €35 per additional participant after 10 🔸 Group size: 2 to 25 participants Examples: 2 participants: €200 (base) + (€40 × 2) = €280 3 participants: €185 (base) + (€40 × 3) = €305 4 participants: €175 (base) + (€40 × 4) = €335 5 participants: €175 (base) + (€40 × 5) = €375 …and so on. 👉 Evenings & Weekends 🔸 Add €20 to the base fee. 🔅 BOOKING 🔅 Choose your preferred date and time by clicking the “Request to Book” button (please book at least 1 week in advance). We’ll confirm availability by email. Once confirmed, a deposit will be requested to secure your booking. We look forward to welcoming you! ✨
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change and that it may sometimes be necessary to cancel your workshop. To ensure fairness for both our participants and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies: 🥝 1. Booking and Deposit To secure your booking, a deposit of 200€ is required. 🥝 2. Final Number of Participants You must confirm the final number of participants at least 2 business days before the workshop date. This confirmed number will serve as the minimum for billing purposes. If more participants attend on the day, the price will be adjusted based on Studio Kiwi’s published pricing structure. 🥝 3. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@studio-kiwi.com 🥝 4. Refund Policy: 🔸 More than 2 weeks before the workshop date: The deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee. 🔸 Between 1 and 2 weeks before the workshop date: The deposit will be refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee. 🔸 Less than 1 week before the workshop date: The deposit is non-refundable. 🥝 5. Cancellations by Studio Kiwi: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. We will also do our best to notify you as soon as possible and to find a new date for the workshop. By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
