Hi everyone ☺️ We wanted to give you a quick but important update on what's been happening with the kiln. Our main kiln stopped working before the studio closed on August 16, and with all the construction work going on, we simply weren't able to get it properly diagnosed and repaired sooner. We know that's frustrating if you've been waiting to see your pieces, and we're really sorry for the delay. The good news: we finally have a diagnostic, and the repair team is coming next
