Service Description
The perfect way to enjoy a fun, creative, and hands-on moment with friends or family! 🔅 WORKSHOP PROGRAM 🔅 We’ll begin with a playful clay warm-up to break the ice and introduce you to the wonderful material we’ll be working with. Then, we’ll guide you step by step to hand-build functional cups or mugs using traditional pottery techniques. The format is designed to ensure that everyone completes a well-finished piece within the 3-hour session. Those who finish early can spend extra time decorating their creations with 3D clay patterns and personal touches. 🔅 FINAL PIECES 🔅 Since ceramics need to be fired before glazing, our team will take care of the final steps. We’ll apply a clear, glossy glaze to make your pieces smooth, shiny, and ready for everyday use. Your finished work will be available for pickup 2 to 3 weeks after the workshop. 🔅 LANGUAGE 🔅 The workshop is held in English. Our instructors also speak French, Spanish, and Persian. 🔅 MINIMUM AGE 🔅 Suitable for ages 8 and up. 🔅 PRICE 🔅 The total price includes a base fee plus €35 per participant. Pricing varies depending on the time of day and group size: 👉 Weekday Business Hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) 🔸 Base fee: €150 to €170 (depending on group size) 🔸 €35 per participant 🔸 €30 per additional participant after 10 🔸 Group size: 2 to 25 participants Examples: 2 participants: €170 (base) + (€35 × 2) = €240 3 participants: €160 (base) + (€35 × 3) = €265 4 participants: €150 (base) + (€35 × 4) = €290 5 participants: €150 (base) + (€35 × 5) = €325 …and so on. 👉 Evenings & Weekends 🔸 Add €20 to the base fee. 🔅 BOOKING 🔅 Choose your preferred date and time by clicking the “Request to Book” button (please book at least 1 week in advance). We’ll confirm availability by email. Once confirmed, a deposit will be requested to secure your booking. We look forward to welcoming you! ✨
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change and that it may sometimes be necessary to cancel your workshop. To ensure fairness for both our participants and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies: 🥝 1. Booking and Deposit To secure your booking, a deposit of 200€ is required. 🥝 2. Final Number of Participants You must confirm the final number of participants at least 2 business days before the workshop date. This confirmed number will serve as the minimum for billing purposes. If more participants attend on the day, the price will be adjusted based on Studio Kiwi’s published pricing structure. 🥝 3. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@studio-kiwi.com 🥝 4. Refund Policy: 🔸 More than 2 weeks before the workshop date: The deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee. 🔸 Between 1 and 2 weeks before the workshop date: The deposit will be refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee. 🔸 Less than 1 week before the workshop date: The deposit is non-refundable. 🥝 5. Cancellations by Studio Kiwi: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. We will also do our best to notify you as soon as possible and to find a new date for the workshop. By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
