Service Description
The perfect way to enjoy a fun, creative, and hands-on experience with your colleagues, away from the office! ๐ WELCOME ๐ Youโre invited to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the workshop to settle in, reconnect with your colleagues and enjoy our beautiful courtyard. Weโll provide aprons, tea, coffee, and snacks to get you ready for an inspiring hands-on session. ๐ WORKSHOP PROGRAM ๐ Weโll begin with a playful warm-up to break the ice and introduce you to the wonderful material weโll be working with: clay. Then, youโll learn to hand-build a beautiful vase using traditional slab-building techniques. With guidance from our team, each participant will create their own unique piece, working at their own pace and exploring their own style, all while sharing a relaxed creative moment with colleagues. ๐ FINAL PIECES ๐ Since ceramics must be fired before glazing, the final steps happen after the workshop. Our team will glaze your creations with a clear, glossy finish, making them durable, shiny, and ready for everyday use. Your pieces will be available for pickup 2โ3 weeks later. ๐ LANGUAGE ๐ The workshop is held in English but it can be held in French, Spanish, or Persian. ๐ PRICE ๐ ๐ธ From 60โฌ (excl. VAT) per person (minimum 340โฌ) ๐ธ Group size: 4 to 25 participants ๐ BOOKING ๐ Click on the โRequest to Bookโ button and select your preferred date and time (at least one week in advance). Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change and that it may sometimes be necessary to cancel your workshop. To ensure fairness for both our participants and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies: ๐ฅ 1. Booking and Deposit To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total workshop fee is required, with a minimum deposit of 200 โฌ. ๐ฅ 2. Final Number of Participants You must confirm the final number of participants at least 2 business days before the workshop date. This confirmed number will serve as the minimum for billing purposes. If more participants attend on the day, the invoice will be adjusted based on Studio Kiwiโs published pricing structure. ๐ฅ 3. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@studio-kiwi.com ๐ฅ 4. Refund Policy: ๐ธ More than 2 weeks before the workshop date: The deposit will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee. ๐ธ Between 1 and 2 weeks before the workshop date: The deposit will be refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee. ๐ธ Less than 1 week before the workshop date: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. ๐ฅ 5. Cancellations by Studio Kiwi: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. We will also do our best to notify you as soon as possible and to find a new date for the workshop. By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
