An Update on Firing & Your Pieces 🔥

Hi everyone ☺️

We wanted to give you a quick but important update on what's been happening with the kiln.

Our main kiln stopped working before the studio closed on August 16, and with all the construction work going on, we simply weren't able to get it properly diagnosed and repaired sooner. We know that's frustrating if you've been waiting to see your pieces, and we're really sorry for the delay.

The good news: we finally have a diagnostic, and the repair team is coming next week to get it back up and running.

In the meantime, we've only had our small kiln available, and with the ongoing work on the studio, we haven't been able to fire it as much or as often as we'd have liked.

So if you haven't seen your piece appear on the blog yet, that's exactly why, it's not lost, and it's not forgotten. We're doing everything we can with the equipment we have, and once the big kiln is back, we'll be catching up on everything that's been waiting.

Thank you so much for your patience. We know it's tough to wait on something you've made with your own hands, and we really appreciate how understanding you've all been.
