Young Ceramicists
Wednesdays from 2-4:30 pm

Classes in French as main language
(and the teacher also speaks English)
We welcome young, creative hands to dive deep into the magic of clay, accompanying them in becoming blooming ceramicists.
On the menu : the fundamental techniques of working with clay (pinching, coiling, slab, potter's wheel), using slips, how to glaze, clay games, brainstorming of how to combine techniques and much more.
Each young member shall have his own storage box and shelf space to become more and more autonomous in managing his/her work in progress.
Our accompaniment will adapt according to the project and the age of each participant. We shall inspire them with exemples old and new, and challenge them to go further in their technical understanding and creativity with 3dimensional exercises.
We look forward to discovering and encouraging their unique word.

A Sunday afternoon
2 - 5 pm with a tea-time snack
Price for the adult - child pair : 75 €
A bonding afternoon with your
daughter / son,
nephew / niece,
grandson / grand-daughter,
god-daughter / god-son

to discover your combined creativity with clay. After fun games, warm-up exercises and challenges, you shall each get to make one fonctional object, helping each other out, that we shall fire (cook) and glaze for it to become a ceramic work.
We will have prepared a tea-time snack and drinks for a short break halfway through the workshop.
* 1 child of 5-12 years old per adult of 18-99 years old
* We welcome maximum 5 pairs at a time,
* Come in clothes that can be dirtied
* You will be able to collect you fired work 2-3 weeks after the workshop
